Requests you send us
Online contact, availability, trade-account, and guide requests are validated and saved as private records for authorized staff. A request may include contact details, project or product information, optional town or ZIP and trade role, and the source page. Staff notification status is tracked separately from whether the request was saved; a saved request is not an order, reservation, or confirmed pickup.
Website analytics
With your permission we use Google Analytics to count page visits and see which pages and links and forms contractors use. Analytics stays switched off until you allow it, and nothing loads before then. When it is on, the measurement payload includes the page path and campaign tags only — query details are omitted from what is sent — plus short fixed labels such as a phone click, directions click, fixed CTA identifier, form start, or confirmed request type. We never send your name, email address, phone number, search text, or anything you type into a form. If you withdraw permission, measurement stops immediately.
